Kathy Willard L.M.T
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, my goal is to provide my clients with Victory over their stress and chronic pain. I have spent the last 6 years working with a local hospital, helping patients achieve success while avoiding surgical interventions (e.g: lumbar and cervical fusions). I provide a client centered, science-based manual therapy, delivered with compassion and skill. I also have a special heart for infant and pediatric massage. I would love to teach you the skills to provide a loving and therapeutic touch for your bundle of joy.
Whether your need is stress reduction, chronic pain, or a colicky baby, I have a solution for you!

Debbie Webb L.M.T.
My goal, as a licensed massage therapist, is to bring joy, relief, and peace to bodies experiencing stress, pain, or crisis. As someone with fibromyalgia myself, I have spent the 18 of my practice learning and developing the kinds of touch therapies are helpful to chronic and acute pain sufferers as well as observing which ones may be counterproductive. I use a gently firm and persistent approach to ease stubbornly embedded knots and tension patterns back into elasticity and normal function. I enjoy encouraging my clients and helping them find positive, natural solutions to their pain dilemmas.
I'm certified in prenatal massage, core massage level II, and I've had continuing ed training in PNMT, cranial sacral, and myofascial release.

Melinda Lund, Registered Dietitian, MS, RD
I have been a dietitian for just about 17 years now. I started with a career in banking and soon realized that I’d rather talk about food than money! Soon after completing my Bachelor and Master’s degree in nutrition, finishing my internship and becoming a dietitian in Illinois, my husband and I decided to make a move to become Missourians and lay down our own roots. So here we are, living out in the country where we raise a flock of egg laying hens, tend to a vegetable garden / fruit trees, grow and use medicinal herbs, enjoy the company of a crazy dog and celebrate life with our rock-climbing son.
I have a lot of experience and knowledge working with patients that have complex nutrition/health histories including leaky gut, food allergies, autoimmune disorders (I manage my own autoimmune disorder with nutrition), but also collaborate with patients with regards to weight loss, mindful eating, food addiction and much more. I worked as part of an Integrative Medicine team for many years, which is where I met Kathy.
I’m very much an advocate for nature and sustainability – looking for ways to live “with nature” and not against it (which means our own bodies as well). This includes the art of natural medicine – studying and working with herbs/spices is one of my biggest passions. As a dietitian, I feel that I have the advantage of my knowledge of food science, but I work hard to bring that science back down to the “ground floor” so that is available and useable for everyone.
In my free time – I’m usually outside, climbing with my son or concocting herbal remedies in the kitchen. I’m so excited to be working with Kathy and the Victory team – and look forward to working with you!
