2018 is here! Did you make resolutions for this year? ...Are you still following them? What if we let go of the idea of resolutions, and instead set intentions for this year?
My name is Stacy and I am a Success Coach. I have helped women to increase their confidence, release old habits, improve their health and build their businesses. What I have learned is that it is much easier to go into each day with intention rather than resolution/rules/restriction. When I first wake up in the morning, I ask myself- How do I want to feel today? (Peaceful, energetic, confident, etc) What do I want to accomplish today? (What are the one or two top priorities for the day) How do I want to be today? (Grateful, helpful, loving, etc). This puts my mind into a positive place, knowing that I have a plan for myself and my feelings, but I don't have rules and restrictions.
No matter what your goal or resolution is - asking yourself those questions in the morning can help you to steer yourself toward better habits, knowing that your choices will impact how you feel! So you ask yourself (maybe even multiple times throughout the day) How do I want to feel? And then make your choices based on the feeling that you want.
The first step to success in ANY endeavor is to have clarity.
